Our Lady of Victory will be hosting a brunch following the 9:30 AM Mass, on Sunday, June 3rd in celebration of Father Hayes’s 40th Ordination Anniversary. Please join us for Mass and the reception as we celebrate and appreciate Father Hayes.

The Fourth Precinct Advisory Council (4PAC) is a non-profit organization that:
- promotes cooperation between the police and the community on law enforcement issues, crime prevention strategies, community problems and criminal justice issues,
- educates citizens on their roles and responsibilities as they relate to crime prevention, the criminal justice system, and victimization,
- works toward improving police services and citizen participation in crime prevention,
- serves as a resource to residents and officers on crime statistics, issues, programs, projects and services to the precinct,
- represents the diverse interests of an intercultural community,
- recognizes the exemplary service of officers and citizens, and
- serves a liaision between 4PAC and the All-City PAC
The monthly meeting has four components:
- social time to meet and greet neighbors (begins at 6:00 PM)
- a presentation by the Inspector or his designee of the latest crime alerts, statistics and highlights (begins at 6:30 PM)
- a time for citizens to ask questions and express their concerns to the Inspector
- an educational program about different aspects of local criminal justice systems, programs and police operations.
