FUNERALS, WEDDING, BAPTISMS
These may be celebrated at either campus, depending on the wishes of the person/family involved. Families are also welcome to invite priest/deacons in good standing to preside or concelebrate at any of these events.
Acolyte/Altar Server
Boys and girls who have received their First Holy Communion may assist at the celebration of Mass. Potential altar servers should be familiar with the ritual of the liturgy and comfortable being up in front of people. They will need to arrive 20 minutes before Mass, help the priest during Mass and participate in the Procession and Recession. They will be scheduled 1-2 times per month as needed. There is an initial training and seasonal training as needed. For more information contact Mary Majkozak.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Potential ministers should be comfortable with others and have a love of the Eucharist. You will be scheduled by Mass time (4:30 PM or 9:30 AM) 1-2 times per month as required. There is a mandatory training each year; your commitment can be renewed for one year at that training.
